Platform Terms – What You Need to Know
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use 42 ph, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately. 42 ph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documents as part of our compliance process. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be closed and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions
All transactions on 42 ph are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱). Deposits must be made using the payment methods listed on the Deposit page, which include GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and over-the-counter channels. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take additional processing time depending on the method selected. 42 ph does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any funds deposited in error must be reported to support immediately; 42 ph is not liable for losses arising from player error in the deposit process. We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of any required verification checks.
3. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on 42 ph are final once confirmed; bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission. Odds and game outcomes are determined by the relevant game provider or sports data feed and are not subject to manual adjustment by 42 ph. In the event of a technical error or data feed failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game, 42 ph reserves the right to void the affected wager andreturn the stake to the player's account balance. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before participating. Winnings from sports betting and casino-style games are credited to your account balance and may be withdrawn subject to the standard verification process. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, use automated betting software, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings. 42 ph reserves the right to review and void any bets that are identified as part of suspicious or irregular activity.
4. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

5. Prohibited Conduct
Players must not use the 42 ph platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms and Conditions. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity or payment method, attempting to defraud the platform or other players, using automated tools or bots to interact with the platform, and engaging in any form of collusion or match-fixing. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, and any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation. 42 ph cooperates fully with Philippine regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies in cases involving suspected illegal activity. Players are also prohibited from accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is not permitted. Violations of these rules may result in permanent account closure and legal action where appropriate.
6. Privacy and Data Use

We are not responsible for any loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to devices arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to any player in connection with their use of 42 ph shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
